Dear Colleagues,It is a great honor and pleasure to invite you to the International Conference on Natural Products and Physiologically Active Substances, which will be held in Novosibirsk from November 30 to December 6, 1998.
Chemistry of Natural Products and Physiologically Active Substances is one of the most important field of organic chemistry and is the basis of many exciting new developments in production of drugs, vitamins, agrochemicals. Scientific research on the chemistry of Natural Products and Physiologically Active Substances gives a powerful incentive to progress in the art of creative synthesis of complex molecules, in the development of new techniques for isolation of useful natural products and instruments and methods for structural analysis of organic molecules.
The conference will feature Plenary and Invited Lectures, Section Lectures, Oral Communications and Poster Presentations.
Novosibirsk, having a population of 1.5 million citizens, is ranked third among the biggest cities in Russia. Novosibirsk Scientific Center (“Akademgorodok”) is the real center of scientific research in Siberia, it is an excellent starting point for visiting other places of interest in Siberia.
