Registration and Fees
All participants, including speakers, are required to complete the registration forms (Form A). Photocopies of the registration form are acceptable, including those sent by fax. All the participants are requested to pay the Registration Fee which includes full accommodation and meals and entitles the participant to: participation in all the scientific sessions, conference materials and a copy of the Conference Book of Abstracts for scientific participant, attendance at the informal welcome mixer, official reception and coffee breaks. The fee for accompanying persons includes: full accommodation and meals, attendance at the informal welcome mixer and official reception, access to opening and closing ceremonies.Payment of Registration should be made in US Dollars or Russian Rubles only. Payment must be made net of all bank charges.
